This fee secures your place on the luxurious Curious Handmade retreat in Bath. May 8th-11th, 2018
Join Helen Stewart and special guest teachers Joji Locatelli, Jonna Hietala and Sini Ellen of Laine Magazine and Renée Callahan of East London Knit in the historic City of Bath for an indulgent knitting getaway.

The £100 Reservation Fee is part of the £500 deposit to attend the retreat.
The remainder of the deposit, £400, will be due within 7 days, and you’ll be able to choose your method of payment (bank transfer for UK folks and Paypal for international guests.)
The balance will be due 12 weeks before the event, on Monday, February 12th, 2018.
Prices for the total amount to attend the retreat are:
Single occupancy (double bed) £1475
Double occupancy (large single beds) £1375
Double occupancy – non-participating partner £1025 per person (accompanying a partner in a Double occupancy room)
Prices are Per Person.
If you would like to bring your partner along to share this wonderful experience, they are welcome! The non-participating partner rate includes everything but the 2 workshops and swag bag: they can relax or venture out to enjoy their own adventures in Bath while you’re knitting.
If you are planning to bring along a non-participating partner, you do not have to purchase one of these reservation spots to secure their place. After you reserve your place with this purchase, you will receive a registration form where you can indicate whether you are bringing your partner. (Please note that we will use the email you use for paypal to send you the registration information)
You will also be able to indicate your class preference, room type preference, and roommate preference (if any) and other important details. You will receive an email with further registration forms and information by Monday, September 18th, so if you have not heard from us by then, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
BATH RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I’m so excited to welcome you to the retreat! Please do read the following carefully because by booking your place, you agree to the retreat terms and conditions.
You agree to pay an initial deposit of £500 to secure your place. The first £100 of this deposit will be paid as a reservation fee to save your spot. Once this fee is paid we’ll send instructions on how to pay the remainder of the deposit.
This deposit is non refundable regardless of circumstance so please make sure you can commit to the retreat dates before you book your place.
Please note the date Monday, 12 February 2018 when the balance is due. After you complete the registration form and pay your full deposit we will confirm the balance payable for your booking
We do understand that very, very occasionally you may need to cancel your place. While we cannot offer refunds after Monday, 12 February, if you do have to cancel, you may transfer your place to another person. In this instance, please send an email with details to email@example.com and we will send a new registration form.
We cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal circumstances. We also can’t offer refunds for illness, flight delays or any other circumstances. Please, please, please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover for this.
In the event of a teacher cancellation, every effort will be made to deliver the same content by another accomplished teacher. If we need to cancel the retreat, we will refund the money you have paid so far. We cannot be held responsible for other costs – such as flights or any other incidentals – and strongly recommend you have insurance in place to cover this.
The retreat includes all meals, wine or soft drinks with dinner, morning and afternoon tea, fizz and canapes at the welcome reception and at the Cocktail Party in the Roman Baths. You will need to pay for other incidentals such as extra room charges and drinks at the bar yourself. These will be charged to your room and the hotel will take a credit card imprint from you at check in to cover this.
